Capital Markets & Corporate Finance Qualifications Pathway

Follow a progressive study route consistent with career paths in the financial services industry. New entrants to the industry choose to start with Fundamentals of Financial Services or the Foundation Qualification - Introduction to Investment, before choosing the Capital Markets Programme or our Certificate in Corporate Finance. Practitioners can then pursue our higher level specialist areas of study, the Diploma in Capital Markets or our Diploma in Corporate Finance developed in partnership with ICAEW.

Certificate in Corporate Finance – Joint Overall Winner CISI Awards Ceremony 2015

I chose the CISI’s Certificate in Corporate Finance qualification because I was required to comply with regulations covering my profession; corporate finance advisory. It provided a very good overview of the UK regulatory framework, especially as I came to the UK with an international background.

Even though I’ve taken securities exams in other jurisdictions (e.g. US/FINRA), obviously each region has its own specific rules so it is important to be aware of these.
